A: Yes. Use the attached link to download the "Authorization to Repair / Direction to Pay" form. This document authorizes Alpine Collision to repair your vehicle and provides authorization for your insurance company to pay Alpine Collision for the repairs.

Q: Does it matter which office I bring my vehicle to?

A: No, you may bring your vehicle to which ever office is more convenient. We actually perform all the work at our shop located in Eagle however the up-valley office is for your convenience for ease of getting repair quotes, drop-off and pick-up. Our up-valley office located at 40780 Hwy 6 & 24 Avon, in the Vail Daily building Unit 107 in Eagle-Vail is ideal if you live in Vail, Minturn, Eagle-Vail, Edwards, or Avon. If you live down-valley in Eagle or Gypsum then our Eagle office is probably more convenient, located at 256 Marmot Lane in Eagle near FedEx.
